SOLUTION: A hot blast and microwave heater is equipped with a table for placing substance to be heated, a microwave generation source, a hot blast generation source, a microwave application means for applying the microwaves generated by the microwave generation source from above the table, and a hot blast blowing means for blowing the hot blast generated by the hot blast generation source from above the table.
