PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually identify a fluid while keeping a heat insulation function. SOLUTION: A space part 4 is sealingly divided and formed at a part of a heat insulation body 2 from an outer periphery surface 1a of a transparent inner pipe 1 to an inner periphery surface 3a of a transparent outer pipe 3. Thereby, since the inside of the transparent inner pipe 1 can be seen through while clamping the space part 4 from the outside of the transparent inner pipe 3 and an air layer at the inside of the space part 4 is sealed by the outer periphery surface 1a of the transparent inner pipe 1 and the inner periphery surface 3a of the transparent outer pipe 3, a heat insulation property is maintained. Since a moisture content is not invaded into the space part 4, dew condensation is not caused by a temperature difference at the inside and the outside.
