PURPOSE: An organic electric luminance device is provided to accomplish low power consumption with high luminescent characteristic and screen brightness, avoid shortening of life time and power recharge time, and enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION: An organic electric luminance device comprises a transparent plate(10) and a light absorbing layer(20). The light absorbing layer(20) includes a non-conductive chrome oxide thin film layer on the transparent plate(10), a conductive chrome thin film layer on the chrome oxide thin film layer, and a non-conductive chrome oxide thin film layer on the chrome thin film layer. A light emission aperture is formed by exposure, development and etching with a pattern mask, after forming a photoresist thin film on the light absorbing layer(20). The shape of the light emission aperture is depending on the pattern that is formed by the pattern mask. An ITO(indium tin oxide) layer is formed as an anode electrode(52) on the light emission aperture. A pad metal is formed as an auxiliary electrode on the anode electrode(52). An organic electric luminance layer(80) is formed on the pad metal(62) and the light absorbing layer(20). A cathode electrode(90) is formed on the organic electric luminance layer(80).
