DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER USING CERAMIC FIBER

PURPOSE: A diesel particulate filter filters pollutants which is affecting air pollution by using ceramic fiber. CONSTITUTION: A gas phase material and a particle phase material are introduced through a canister opening(1), and goes through a filter opening(10) of a canister body(3). The particle phase material is filtered by a filtering material(6) that is fixed between an inner tube(7) and an outer net(5), and discharged through a canister outlet(4). The filtering material is attached in pad type with ceramic blanket material having bulk type.
