PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-link gate A, in which an outflow port 6 can be opened totally by pulling up a vertical door body 25 opening and closing the outflow port 6 for a sluice gate 5, from which flowing water in a flow waterway 2 on the branch river side is made to flow out to a large waterway 1, approximately vertically at a small distance and further lifting the lower section of the door body 25, rotating the lower section of the door body 25 to the outside and which has a simple structure, is easily operated and maintained and the cost of which is reduced. SOLUTION: The top section of the door body 25 is borne by shafts 18 and 24 by the first link 16, which is installed horizontally to the upper section of the sluice gate 5 and in which a base section is fixed onto a torque shaft 11 reciprocated and driven by the first hydraulic cylinder 13, and the second link 23A containing the second hydraulic cylinder 23, in which a base section is journalled to the second support shaft 14 on the sluice gate 5, the outflow port 6 is closed approximately vertically by rotation in the counterclockwise direction of the torque shaft 11, the door body 25 can be opened at a small angle by excess pushing force on the flow waterway 2 side in the door body 25 under the closed state of the outflow port 6 while the door body 25 is lifted vertically at the small distance by rotation in the clockwise direction of the torque shaft 11, and the lower section of the door body 25 is turned to the outside by the more lifting of the door body 25 and the outflow port 6 is opened totally.
