PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with foldable peak which is convenient to store and carry, and capable of housing a small article by forming a pocket when folded. SOLUTION: This cap has a brim comprising a brim core and raw fabrics fixed on the upper and lower faces of the core respectively and to be situated at the forehead of a wearer when worn; wherein the brim core is divided plurally, either of the upper and lower faces of each of the thus divided brims 50, 150 and 250 is disposed with each of the corresponding raw fabrics 70, 170 and 280 with a size equivalent to that of the divided brims 50, 150 and 250, while the other face is disposed with raw fabrics 80, 180 and 270 each with a size equivalent to that of the whole brim core in such a condition as to make the divided faces of the divided brim cores 50, 150 and 250 come close to each other, and the brim is foldable or elongative along the divided faces of the cores 50, 150 and 250.
