PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent negative pressure from being generated in a space between a windshield plate and a driver, even when a tilting angle of the windshield plate is enlarged to travel at a high speed. SOLUTION: In this windshield device 1 for a motorcycle wherein the windshield plate 2 arranged in front of the driver is attached to a body 5 via an adjusting mechanism 3 to adjust the tilting angle of the plate 2 by the adjusting mechanism 3, a running wind introducing opening B is formed between a lower edge 2a of the plate 2 and a body cover part 12 surrounding the periphery of a headlight to the body, an opening area of the opening B is variable in response to the tilting angle of the windshield plate 2, and the opening area when the tilting angle of the plate 2 is large is wide compared with the opening area when the tilting angle is small.
