PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device without needing power sources for respective liquid crystal display devices by controlling output voltages of common signal and segment signal of plural liquid crystal display devices different in operation voltage in a semiconductor integrated circuit for driving the liquid crystal devices. SOLUTION: This semiconductor device is provided with a control circuit for controlling the voltages of common signal and a control circuit for controlling the voltage of segment signal. Thus, the semiconductor device capable of driving the liquid crystal display devices different in operating voltage can be obtained without providing any power source for liquid crystal display device.
