PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a finder device with which indicating marks displayed within a finder screen and a finder screen are observed properly by superimposing them, and to prove optical equipment using it. SOLUTION: In the finder device, with which both a subject picture formed on a display board and the indicating marks are observed by irradiating the indicating marks formed on the display board with luminous fluxes from respective illuminating means, the indicating marks of the display board respectively possess a plurality of groups of microprisms, and the ridge line direction of the microprisms of some of the indicating marks is aligned in a direction which is nearly in parallel with a straight line drawn from the center of the display board to that indicating marks.
