PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light quantity controller which is easily and inexpensively manufactured and assembled, without having to increase the thickness of a device and making it large-sized and at arranging of two or more blade members, such as a shutter blade and a diaphragm blade to be mutually laid over on one base and to attain the miniaturization of a camera device in which the light quantity controller is incorporated. SOLUTION: In the camera device, there are provided two or more sets of blade members 3 and 5 for shielding an optical axis aperture 8 or for adjusting light quantity with different timing are laid over via an intermediate inclusion board 4 between the pair of base plates 1 and 2, having the optical axis aperture 8 in this light quantity controller; projected parts, joined mutually at the outside of the actuation areas of the blade members 3 and 5, are respectively formed at the pair of the base plates 1 and 2; and the intermediate inclusion board 4 is held and fixed between the projected parts; and the projected parts are integrally projected at the base plates 1 and 2 or are formed of the spacer of a member different from the base plates 1 and 2 in the light quantity controller. With the above-mentioned controller is disclosed.
