PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis device for accurately measuring a constituent in a sample by accurately detecting the concentration of a reactive substance that is generated by reaction with the sample regarding the device for measuring the concentration or quantity of a specific constituent in the material sample. SOLUTION: The pressure of a line including a measuring cell section is reduced and specific fluid is introduced to the reaction section, fluid containing the reactive substance that is generated by reacting with the specific constituent in the sample is introduced into the measuring cell section, and the specific space including the cell section is enclosed for measurement, thus calculating the amount of the specific constituent in the sample.
