PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure collection of a large amount of borrow which are indispensable for growth of plants, at one location on a slope surface, in a method for setting borrow bags for use in slope greening/protecting works, the collection of the borrow having been conventionally difficult from viewpoints of stability and workability of the slope surface, and to allow single use of the borrow bags, the single use having been susceptible to dry damage when temperature rises drastically in summer, resulting in failure of continuous growth of plants. SOLUTION: According to the method for setting the borrow bags for use in the slope greening/protecting works, the borrow bags (2) containing the borrow as a planting bedrock material are placed on the slope surface (1) at strategic locations, and the borrow bags which are adjacently arranged across an interval therebetween, are connected together via a flexible hollow band body (3) filled with the borrow (3') in vertical or/and diagonal and/or horizontal directions. Then, the flexible hollow band body (5) is rigidly set to the ground by means of an anchor pin (5).
