PURPOSE: An oversupplying of fuel by excessive fuel supplying pressure in a diesel engine is prevented, thereby obtaining security. CONSTITUTION: A fuel rail sends fuel introduced from a fuel pump. An injector is connected with the fuel rail through a fuel pipe, and injects fuel. A cylindrical plunger barrel is connected in the middle of the fuel pipe. A plunger(6) is installed in a hollow space moving slidably. A fuel passage(10) is formed in a T-shape in the plunger. A return spring(7) supports the plunger in a fuel pressure applying direction. When the plunger contacts a valve seat(8) pressing the return spring by the fuel pressure, the valve seat stops the passage of the fuel.
