ORGANIC ELECTRIC LUMINANCE DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic electric luminance display device is provided to form barrier ribs of minimal widths for covering vibration of a shadow mask required to deposit an organic material. CONSTITUTION: An organic luminance display device comprises a transparent plate(110), anode electrodes(120) at the display area on the transparent plate(110), and anode side leads and cathode side leads in a lengthwise direction and a width direction of the anode electrodes, respectively, at outside of the display area. An organic electric luminance portions(150) are formed at lines corresponding to the cathode side leads. Cathode electrodes(160) are formed to cross the anode electrodes(120), for supplying negative power to the organic electric luminance portions(150). The cathode electrodes(160) are electrically coupled to the cathode side leads, respectively. The interval between the cathode electrodes(160) is 10 micrometer for covering vibration of a shadow mask.
