PURPOSE: A circuit for improving a response speed of an LCD device is provided to oscillate whole crystals at supplying a common electrode voltage to a common electrode of a crystal, thereby improving a response speed of a liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: A pulse generator(110) is used for generating a pulse swing between a positive peak voltage and a negative voltage. A mean value of the pulse signal is 0. An adder(120) is used for adding a pulse signal generated from the pulse generator(110) to a common electrode voltage generated from a panel voltage supply circuit. The panel voltage supply circuit is used for generating the common electrode voltage and an on/off voltage of a thin film transistor. A subtracter(130) is used for removing an offset voltage from an output voltage of the adder(120) and applying the output voltage of the adder(120) to a common electrode of a liquid crystal capacitor.
