POISON NEUTRALIZING APPARATUS FOR POWDER CONTAINER USING PRESSURE SWITCH WITH DEHUMIDIFICATION FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A poison neutralizing apparatus for a powder container using a pressure switch with dehumidification function is provided to supply precise amount of poison neutralizing agent, and to reduce the whole weight of equipment. CONSTITUTION: The poison neutralizing apparatus of on-line type is basically comprised of a powder material input device(3) constituted by a hopper(2) having a cap(1); a gap portion(4) formed with an outside air input hole communicating with an output hole of the hopper; a collector(6) connected with the gap portion to receive water and poison neutralizing powder material through a nozzle(5) and the powder material input device; an ejector(7) mounted on the bottom surface of the collector to receive the water; and a mixer pipe(8) for spraying the poison neutralizing material formed by mixing the water and the powder material. A pressure line(9a) coupled to the middle portion of the collector is connected to a lower part of a pressure switch(11) coupled with a power source, and the upper part(13) of the pressure line is also connected with another pressure line(9b) installed on the cap of the hopper.
