PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a construction panel is provided to improve the productivity and to furnish the internal and external construction panels with an inexpensive cost by automating the process for manufacturing the internal and external construction panels. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a construction panel comprises a conveyer(12) for horizontally conveying a bottom plate(14), a supplying hopper(20) for temporarily storing silica mixture(10), a silica mixture applying device(30) installed between the supplying hopper(20) and the conveyer(12) so as to apply the silica mixture(10) to a surface of the bottom plate(14) by a predetermined thickness, and a coating device(40) for coating the surface of the silica mixture(10). In addition, a vibration device(50), a drying device(60), and a cutting device(709) are selectively installed.
