PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a square gabion capable of being fitted to continuously install it in a curved shape or to install it at a narrow place by adjusting the size and facilitating the handling thereof with excellent workability. SOLUTION: The square gabion includes a bottom net 10 consisting of a diamond shaped wire net, a first side net 11 and a second side net 12 and a third side net 13 and a fourth side net 14, the bottom net 10 and the first side net 11 are so constituted that they can respectively adjust the dimensions in the direction of the width, the first side net 11 is constituted of both right and left net parts 11a and 11b to be separately formed, and the dimensions can be adjusted by changing the degree of duplication of both net parts 11a and 11b.
