WEFT INSERTION CONTROLLING APPARATUS OF FLUID JET LOOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weft insertion controlling apparatus of a fluid jet loom having improved response of the weft-insertion control and increased stability with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The weft insertion controlling apparatus is provided with a weft insertion detecting means 42 to detect the scattering of the arrival weft angle in plural control periods such as plural weft insertion pick number, a comparison means 22 to compare the plural detected values of the arrival angle of weft obtained by the weft insertion detecting means 42 with different plural standard values and a controlling means 22 to control the arrival angle of the weft 2 based on the comparison result for each control period obtained by the comparison means 22. The standard value is set to have negative correlation to the length of the control period.
