PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sodium sulfate decahydrate-based latent heat storage material not causing syneresis of water, controlling also supercooling and a heating storage capacity of latent heat in the vicinity of 200 J/g. SOLUTION: This latent heat storage material comprises sodium sulfate decahydrate, sodium borate and a water-absorbing resin. Especially, a graft polymerization type starch-based resin or a polyacrylate-based resin is used as the water-absorbing resin and the amount of the water-absorbing resin is 2.5-10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of sodium sulfate decahydrate.
