PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that in a packaging container, as the quantity of contents decreases, the pressure therein decreases so that the contents cannot be easily pushed out, and regarding a packaging container having an opening on one side, a mechanism to close the opening increases costs and moreover the mechanism cannot be easily connected or when an adhesive tape is used, contents or dust are attached to the tape, and further raised letters are not used as a display means and hence persons having troubles in the sense of vision cannot know the contents or information such as date of manufacturing. SOLUTION: In the packaging container, a mixed solvent or plasticizer such as polyvinyl chloride resin, epoxy resin, vulcanized rubber, which are suitable as a base material of the packaging container, is used to form, by a mold- pressing method or a screen printing, a reticulated, irregular pattern in the form of a sucking-disk, thereby providing a sucking-disk layer which is directed to the inner wall side. Further, raised letters are formed so as to be opposed to the rear side of the sucking-disk layer by the mold-pressing method or a screen printing.
