PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nip roller capable of increasing the natural frequency and reducing the rotational load of an eccentric supporting part, a device for manufacturing a sheet roller body using the nip roller, and a conveying device of a sheet. SOLUTION: In this nip roller 1 where a central part of an outer cylindrical part 3 is concentrically supported by a supporting shaft 2 at a concentric supporting part 4, both ends are respectively eccentrically supported by eccentric supporting parts 7, the pressing force is applied to both end part of the supporting shaft 2 to press the outer cylindrical part 3 to a mating rolled body 6, eccentric positions of the supporting shaft 2 on the eccentric supporting parts 7 are determined on the basis of the eccentric direction and the eccentric amount obtained, by composition of the deflection amountδ1 to the pressing direction of the supporting shaft 2 by the pressure force, and the deflection amountδ2 in the gravity direction of the supporting shaft 2 by the self weight of the nip roller 1.
