PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily fixing metallic fine particles to an electrically conductive material to be coated by using pulse laser light. SOLUTION: In this method, the electrically conductive material to be coated is dipped into a colloidal solution of metallic fine particles, and laser light efficiently exciting the metallic fine particles in a visible region is applied thereon to fix the metallic fine particles to the surface of the electrically conductive material to be coated.
