PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dazzle preventable member which is produced without undergoing complicated acid treatment, heat treatment and surface structure treatment stages, and without requiring a treating equipment for acid waste liquid and imports its function to an object without being influenced by the size and surface structure of the object, and prevents reflection by light such as the sunlight and maintains the performance over a long period while maintaining design property of a metallic member. SOLUTION: The surface of a metallic member is coated with a coating agent obtained by dispersing a photocatalyst such as titanium oxide into an organic solvent, water or a uniform solvent in which they are mixed, and by heating and irradiation of light, the photocatalyst is stuck to the metallic surface.
