Gene delivery vectors provided with a tissue tropism for T-lymphocytes

It is an object of the invention to provide a viral vector that has improved tropism for T-lymphocytes, such that said viral vector is more capable/efficient in providing a desired nucleotide sequence to a T-lymphocyte. This object is achieved by providing a (chimeric) virus or virus particle that is suitable for use as a viral vector, and that has been provided with an altered/modified viral coat that confers increased tropism for T-lymphocytes upon said virus particle.
