PURPOSE: A pipe connecting member is provided to prevent pipes from separating from each other caused by a shock or vibration by securely connecting the pipes using the pipe connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A packing(5) and a washer(4) are installed in a joint pipe(6). A fixing bolt(3) is screw-coupled into the joint pipe(6) so as to connect the joint pipe(6) to a pipe(1). A taper screw section(12) having a plurality of cutting portions(7) are formed at one end of the fixing bolt(3). When the taper screw section(12) of the fixing bolt(3) is screwed into a fastening nut(2), a pressure is applied to the packing(5) installed on the joint pipe(6) so that an inner portion of the taper screw section(12) of the fixing bolt(3) is closely adjacent to an outer portion of the pipe(1).
