PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled spinning solution by the dissolution of polyaniline salt instead of EB(emeraldine base) in concentrated sulfuric acid is provided, thereby simplifying the manufacturing processes, reducing manufacturing costs and producing a conductive fiber having various conductivity in the same process. CONSTITUTION: A polyaniline salt(hydrochlorate, sulfate) is dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid(98% or more) to produce a polyaniline spinning solution and a polyaniline-blend(aramide or nylon) spinning solution respectively, wherein the composition ratio of the polyaniline salt to blend material is 1:99 to 99.0:1.
