PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a read/write termination signal for a processor is provided to generate a termination signal as soon as an outer operation signal generates and change a generating point of termination signal by controlling a weight in case of necessity. CONSTITUTION: The circuit comprises a processor(41) outputting an address signal for executing read/write to an outer device(43A-43N), an address decoder decoding the address signal outputted from the processor and outputting the decoded address signal to the outer device, a termination signal generator(44) generating a termination signal at next clock signal outputting timing without a delay when the processor selects one of the outer device for read/write operation, a weight selector(45) selectively outputting one weight among various weight, and a weight generator(46) transmitting the termination signal to the processor without a delay or with a delay according to the weight value.
