PURPOSE: A metal hose for a shower is provided to improve the value as goods and productivity of a metal hose by minimizing a difference between the outside diameter and the inside diameter of a metal hose, to reduce manufacturing costs of a metal hose and to use a shower stably without a drop of water pressure. CONSTITUTION: The metal hose(1) connecting a tap body(11) and a shower head(12) of a shower comprises: an external adapter(5) spot-welded to the outside of both end of the metal hose(1) to project an end out to the outer side; a soft PVC hose(4) interposed in the metal hose(1); and an internal adapter(5) provided with many projections(6) to compress the soft PVC hose(4) to the inside diameter of the external adapter(5) and interposed in the soft PVC hose(4).
