摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the range of resonance frequency tuning of an elastic diaphragm disposed between a main liquid chamber and a sub liquid chamber and reduce an overall device size. SOLUTION: A partition member 3 for dividing a main liquid chamber 1 and a sub liquid chamber 2 is constituted of an elastic partition member 4, a first support member 5 and a second support member 6. The elastic partition member 4 forms an elastic diaphragm 7 in the center, an orifice portion 11 along the periphery, and an annular raised wall portion 8 integrated into the surface in a surrounding relation to the elastic diaphragm 7 to define a liquid mass recess 9 on the elastic diaphragm 7. The annular raised wall portion 8 is held between the first support member 5 in the form of a flat plate and the second support member 6 with a ring groove, and a projected portion 15 formed on the first support member 5 is pressed on the annular raised wall portion 8 to incline it inward or outward of the elastic diaphragm 7, with the result that the tension of the elastic diaphragm 7 is varied to tune or change the resonance frequency thereof.
