PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof case for electronic apparatus which is simple in structure and enables operation of a slide switch with a lock button, without impairing waterproof reliability. SOLUTION: The case consists of an external slide switch device 11, having a shaft member 111, which penetrates the wall of a case body 2 and inclines at its one end at a prescribed angle so as to face the lock button 101a with respect to an actuation direction A of the slide switch 101, and an elastically deformable thrusting member 112, which is disposed at one end described, presses the lock button 101a, when the shaft member 111 is moved inward of the case along an axial direction and slides and moves the slide switch 101 in the activation direction A.
