PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pump with a simple structure capable of preventing penetration of a refrigerant leaking from a shaft seal member to a bearing. SOLUTION: In this water pump 1, an outer ring 40b of the bearing 40 is installed on an inner circumference face 10a of a pulley. An inner ring 40a of the bearing 40 is installed on the outer circumference face 63b of a cylinder part 63 of a housing 60, and the shaft seal member 50 is installed on an inner circumference face 63a of the cylinder part 63.
