PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking forklift truck capable of securing the stability of the vehicle body while simplifying structural relationship and of improving the frontward visibility and the transferability to a fork. SOLUTION: This picking forklift truck 1 is provided with: a shift mechanism part 9 installed between the floor surface part 7 and the ceiling part 8 of a driver's stand 4 and moving in the lateral direction on the front end surface thereof; a rotation mechanism part 19 for rotating the forks 20 to position it in the frontward direction or either the left or right direction; and a sub-lift mechanism part 28 for lifting and lowering the rotation mechanism part 19 in the installation direction of the shift mechanism part 9. It is characterized in that the sub-lift mechanism part 28 is installed on the shift mechanism part 9 and lifts and lowers the rotation mechanism part 19, and the shift mechanism part 9 guides the lifting and lowering operation of the rotation mechanism part 19.
