SOLUTION: This cargo handling vehicle is provided with a battery as a driving source and traveling steering-driving wheels rotatively driven by the power from the battery, has a speed control means for controlling the traveling speed of the steering-driving wheels, a mounting base, a step for an operator to ride on the vehicle body, and a switching means for switching the speed control by the speed control means in plural steps.
