PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the fan motor of the blower of an indoor unit, based on the outside air temperature and the temperature of an indoor heat exchanger. SOLUTION: An indoor heat exchanger temperature sensor 6 and an outside air detection sensor 7 are connected to a controller 8, and the interior of the above controller 8 is provided with a setter 11 wherein an outside air temperature threshold 11a, an indoor heat exchange low temperature threshold 12, and an indoor heat exchange high temperature threshold 13 are set, an outside air comparator 9 which compares the detection value of the above outside air temperature detection sensor 7 with the above outside air temperature threshold 11, and a heat exchange temperature comparator 10 which compares the detection value of the above indoor heat exchanger temperature sensor 6 with the above indoor heat exchange low temperature threshold 12 and the indoor heat exchange high temperature threshold 13. |
