PURPOSE: A method and a system for voice transmission to multiple participants are provided to realize a chat between multiple participants by using a P2P(Peer to Peer) technology for a desktop application and a web application, to broadcast through the Internet using various contents, and to improve communication quality by inducing the concept of ham. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of receiving a call sign and a password from a first master terminal of a first ceremony master through a communication network(320), receiving the selected information of a first broadcast channel among at least one predetermined broadcast channels from the first master terminal(355), receiving a connection request information from the audience terminals of at least one audiences, transmitting an IP(Internet Protocol) address of the first master terminal to the audience terminal in response to the selected information of the first broadcast channel transmitted from the audience terminal, transmitting an IP address of the audience terminal to the first master terminal, and disconnecting the first master terminal from the audience terminal.
