PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition having high capacitance and specific dielectric constant and satisfying X7R characteristic and a laminated ceramic capacitor using the same. SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition contains barium titanate as an essential component and magnesium oxide, dysprosium oxide, barium oxide, calcium oxide, vanadium oxide, silicon oxide, manganese oxide and molybdenum oxide as subsidiary components and when the quantity of barium titanate is controlled to 100 mol expressed in terms of BaTiO3, contains 1.5-3 mol magnesium oxide expressed in terms of MgO, 1-5 mol dysprosium expressed in terms of Dy2O3, 0.5-5 mol in total of barium oxide and calcium oxide expressed in terms of BaO and CaO, 0.01-0.1 mol vanadium oxide expressed in terms of V2O5, 1->=5 mol silicon oxide expressed in terms of SiO2, 0.1-1 mol manganese oxide expressed in terms of MnO and 0.05-0.2 mol molybdenum oxide expressed in terms of MoO3. |
