PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost in an air conditioner by correctly controlling the humidity and making parts of the humidifying unit common. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, a humidifying unit 3 includes a moisture absorption element 44 for absorbing water in fresh air, a heater 45 for heating the moisture absorption element 44 and separating the absorption element 44, a humidifying side fan 46 for supplying the humidifying air into a room with the aid of the separated water, a heater power source 21 for supplying electric power to the heater 45, and electric power control mean 51 for controlling the power supply to the heater 45 in the unit of a half period of voltage waveform of the heater power supply 21. |
