PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metabolism function stimulator, an immunopotentiator, and a preventive and improving agent for lowering of various biofunctions capable of keeping high concentration of collagen in vivo even without taking a large amount of collagen, and preventing and improving the lowering of metabolic function and the lowering of immune function by synergism with collagen, and functional foods containing these agents. SOLUTION: These agents contain a composition prepared by adding a combination of a ceramide, an isomaltooligosaccharide and a lipophilic vitamin to collagen and/or a collagen hydrolysate as an active ingredient.
