PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information carrying sheets easily and freely attachably and detachably mountable at the smooth surfaces of objects. SOLUTION: A laminate 33 of the information carrying sheets 35 is mounted at the smooth surfaces of the articles made of a magnetic material, wood or plastic by means of a magnet sheet 31 or tacky adhesive sheet 32. The tacky adhesive sheet 31 is removable at the central part 38 of its release paper 37 exclusive of the peripheral part on the rear surface of the tacky adhesive sheet (i.e., the tacky adhesive sheet with the cut-out release paper).
