PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrphotographic photoreceptor more excellent in durability than a conventional one because it has an inorganic surface protecting layer less liable to cause cracking and peeling in an actual service environment and excellent in physical stability. SOLUTION: The organic electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained by stacking an organic photosensitive layer and an inorganic surface protecting in this order, and at least the top part of the organic photosensitive layer brought into contact with the surface protecting layer contains a naphthylenediamine derivative of formula (1) [where R1-R4 are the same or different and H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy or aryl each; R5 is H, halogen, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy or aryl; (a) to (d) are the same or different and an integer of 1-5 each; and (e) is an integer of 1-6].
