PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection device for a scaffold and a scaffold device capable of safely performing assembly-in work into the scaffold device and being effective for preventing worker's falling down from a roof. SOLUTION: A first frame part 110 and a second frame part 120 constituting a frame body 105 are opposingly arranged across an interval from each other, and a third frame part 130 and a fourth frame part 140 are opposingly arranged across an interval from each other. A protection member 150 is provided in an internal space surrounded by the frame body 105 and is fixed to the frame body 105. A first platelike part 131 has a first hooking hole 101. A second platelike part 132 has a second hooking hole 102.
