PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously diverge city water and boiling water by a branch faucet simply added to a single lever type combination faucet and to use the boiling water particularly for a dish washer-dryer. SOLUTION: A decorative cap is separated from a combination faucet body 5 of this single lever type combination faucet 1, and a branch faucet 1A is added onto the combination faucet body 5. A city water passage 17 and a boiling water passage 18 axially piercing the branch faucet 1A are respectively provided with lateral holes 20, 21 to communicate with them, and branch joints 10, 11 are screwed into the lateral holes 20, 21 respectively to communicate with them. City water and boiling water can thereby diverge at the same time, and the boiling water can be used being supplied for a dish washer-dryer through a hose.
