PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic level adjusting device capable of leveling automatically a work bench on which an auxiliary machine is mounted and adjusting its position. SOLUTION: A spherical connecting mechanism 15 is mounted on a seat 12 via a hydraulic jack 13 as a lifting mechanism for mounting the work bench 18 on a movable part 17 of the spherical connecting mechanism 15 to mount several arms 21 and weights 22 as ballasts adapted to keep level automatically and to mount a fixing adjusting bolt 20 as a fixing adjusting mechanism adapted to fix/adjust a move of the spherical connecting mechanism 15 for holding the work bench 18 on the work bench 18. By mounting several ballasts 21, 22 like a balancing toy on the work bench 18 mounted on the spherical connecting mechanism 15, level can be automatically kept to hold the work bench in a required state by fixing the initial state or by making a fine control for it by the fixing adjusting bolt 20 of the fixing adjusting mechanism. Thereby, by using it for mounting/detaching the auxiliary machine on/from a jet engine body, the work can be done efficiently and easily.
