The vehicle pane (1) is of a transparent and amorphous plastics material, shaped by injection molding or a heat molding process. The facings (2,3) for the A, B, or C pillars are injection molded with a second component, in a direct bonding with the shaped pane. The transparent vehicle pane is injection molded with a third component. The pillar facings are fitted behind the molded transparent pane. The multi-component injection molding process uses an interchange action, a mold slide solvent, an index plate solvent or a rotary mold solvent. The pillar facing is initially molded by injection, and then a transparent layer is injected over it, or vice versa. |
