PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tough, puncture- and tear-resistant film having excellent flexibility and softness. SOLUTION: This monolayer and multiplayer film is obtained by using a copolymer of propylene with 8-40 wt.% of ethylene by a gas phase polymerization of the monomers in dual reactors and has a 1% secant modulus of 5,000-70,000 psi and a higher melting point than that of a low-density polyethylene. |
