<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a capacity of a surge tank while avoiding an increase of dimension in a synthetic resin intake manifold provided with a surge tank and a plurality of intake pipes respectively connected to a lower part of the surge tank and having a rise pipe part extended upward and arranged in parallel with each other with a space between the surge tank and each rise pipe part with a side view. SOLUTION: A surge tank 20 has a tank main part 20a extended along the arrangement direction 28 of each intake pipe 21A-21D and arranged opposite to rise pipe parts 29A-29D of each intake pipe 21A-21D and a side swelling part 20b swelled from an intermediate part along the arrangement direction 28 of the tank main part 20b and interposed between a pair of rise pipes 29A and 29C arranged at an intermediate part along the arrangement direction 28. Inner ends of a pair of spaces 38 respectively formed between each rise pipe 29A-29D and the tank main part 20a in both sides of the side swelling part 20b are sealed by both side walls of the side swelling part 20b.</p> |
