PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily realize highly accurate optical axis alignment work, with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A cover body 17, provided with four holes 171 at prescribed intervals on the periphery of an optical system 20, is attached to a cylindrical blind case body 10 in which a circuit board 14 is housed and arranged, and a ring member 21, where four adjusting holes 211 are formed at the prescribed intervals corresponding to the holes 171 of the cover body 17 is stacked and arranged to surround the optical system 20 on the outer wall side of the cover body 17. Then, an image pickup system circuit board 23, provided with an imaging device, is arranged counterposed to the inner wall side of the cover body 17, and four screw members 25 are inserted through the hole 211 of the member 21, the hole 171 of the cover body 17 and the board 23 from the outside of the cover body 17, so that their edge parts are respectively screwed in the screw holes 241 of a ring-like nut member 24.
