PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image-forming apparatus, which makes it hard for variance in micromirror tilt angle to effect the exposure attitude on an image in an image-forming apparatus, which is equipped with a micromirror element constituted by arranging in matrix many micromirrors rockable between an exposure attitude for reflecting luminous flux from a light source on a photodecting material and a non-exposure attitude for reflecting the light to an area where the photodetecting material is absent and a mirror control part, which controls the attitudes of the respective micromirrors, and has a light guide and a 1st lens means for imaging an end surface of the light guide tube on the micromirror element, arranged between the light source and micromirror element and a 2nd lens means for projecting luminous flux which is reflected by the micromirror element on the photodetecting material, arranged between the micromirror element and photodetecting material. SOLUTION: The 1st lens means 8 is provided with a stop means 9, which cuts off the marginal area of luminous flux, traveling from the exit-side end surface of the light guide tube 6 to the micromirror element 22.
