PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the oil inside a fuel feed system and fuel return system from dripping into a furnace from the tip of a burner tip at the time of extinguishing a burner. SOLUTION: A roughly U-shaped liquid seal structure is provided inside a burner tip holder and/or at the return oil outlet part (including an outlet joint) of the burner tip holder in a downward combustion return type burner.
